Time flies. I have been helping folks like you buy and sell real estate since 2004. The past 15+ years have been some of the most interesting, challenging but most of all rewarding of my career. Clients sometimes ask me why I do what I do. My answer is simple. “I enjoy helping people like you achieve your real estate goals”. It could be a first time home buyer or someone who hasn’t bought or sold a home in over 20 years, a job transfer or a marriage separation, someone selling the family farm or finding that perfect cottage waterfront retreat. Whatever the reason, the transaction is a personal one because it is about you and your home. You need assurances that your interests will be top priority and to have a proven negotiator experienced at finding solutions to the challenges which a real estate transaction can bring. A little about me: My wife and I chose to move to Carleton Place in 1997. We haven’t looked back since then. While my roots are in Ottawa my wife is from Cape Breton and we liked the idea of a small town to raise our three wonderful children. My background is in High Tech. I worked in Competitive Intelligence and Public Relations at Nortel after graduating from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. All that seems to be a lifetime ago.
I take great pride in the work I do for my Clients. This is my full time occupation. With over 80% of my business coming from past Clients and Referrals I like to think my Clients appreciate the work I do on their behalf.
